Jennifer is a private and group fitness trainer. STOTT pilates certified, teaching Mat and reformer pilates, barre and TRX (total body suspension training).
Jennifer is ambassador for lululemon Marylebone. Working with clients to their individual requirements. Jennifer helps people achieve optimal balance, strength and posture. Whether the goal is to rehab from an injury, regain strength after childbirth, improve posture or mobilise more, the program is individual to everyone.
